The NYC Acquisition Fund.

Come learn more about the New York City Acquisition Loan Fund. The Fund provides affordable housing developers bridge financing while they line up construction financing, the Fund can provide up to 95% LTV for for-profits and 130% LTV for not-for-profits at a rate that is below prime.
